My experience at this hotel was incredibly frustrating. While the staff tried their best to help, the cleanliness was unacceptable, and the rooms were in dire need of refurbishment. With so many issues during my stay, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. However, I did appreciate the staff's attempts to resolve the problems, which adds a small positive note amidst the chaos.
